This week, we’re going to recharge for a day at Herb House Spa, part of the Limewood Hotel. The spa is literally under an herb garden! You’ll learn how to prep your skin for all that seasonal glam with seaweed leaves, make a decadent paleo lunch wrap, find calm in a storm and learn some water dancing moves.
